About Anxiebuddy

A calm structure for everyday exposure practice.

Anxiebuddy is designed for adults who want a private way to plan exercises, reduce avoidance, notice safety behaviors, and reflect on what each attempt teaches them.

Use before and after practice

The app should support planning and reflection. It should not become a live reassurance tool during exposure.

Learning over symptom control

Anxiety level can be logged, but progress should also include reduced avoidance, reduced safety behavior, attempts, and learning.

Private by default

No public profiles, no community in the MVP, and no sensitive exposure details in marketing or analytics.

Flexible pace

Users can repeat the same step, make it smaller, try a variation, or choose a new step.

Anxiebuddy is a self-help and reflection tool for exposure practice. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or crisis support, and it does not replace professional healthcare.
